While 34% expect their tenants to return in the next 12 months, and yet another 38% expect all tenants to return in 18 months time.
But 52% of those surveyed feel only “somewhat prepared” to provide safe and healthy environments for their tenants and employees.
The good news: 85% of survey respondents indicated that they believe technology is, at a minimum, important in their return-to-work planning.
While nearly 50% indicated that technology is "very important" in their planning.
